Information system is the system that includes the five following components:

1.      Hardware

2.      Software

3.      Data

4.      Procedure

5.      People

The most common information system i use every day is my cell phone. I use the phone to enter the data i.e the text message or the contact numbers in a certain procedure to send somebody a text message or call somebody. The software in my cell phone is installed to provide me features for using internet browsing, listening to the music, instant messaging and much more.
